St. Coletta offers residential and vocational programs that embrace the concepts of independence, community inclusion, choice and empowerment. At St. Coletta, the individual served is the central member of a team of support. Located in operating locations in southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois, St. Coletta homes are conveniently located so that clients can enjoy participating in community life. Most homes are fully accessible to enable persons to age in place to the fullest extent possible. Some persons supported by St. Coletta live in apartments/homes not owned or operated by St. Coletta. Staff support is provided as required. We are interested in employing people who want to make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities. The St. Coletta team consists of more than 440 staff and is also geographically spread out providing services in communities throughout southern Wisconsin, and northern Illinois.
