Easter Seals North Texas (ESNT) is seeking a Special Event Coordinator for the Hemphill office located in Fort Worth, Texas. The Special Event Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of Easter Seals North Texas internal and external special events. Position responsibilities include coordinating details of all internal and external agency events, creating and overseeing budgets and submitting periodic progress reports to the VP of Development and Marketing as required.
The Special Event Coordinator operates under the supervision of the VP of Development and Marketing and works closely with the Marketing Manager, Development Assistant, program directors, general staff, Board of Directors and sponsors throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Primarily office conditions, however local travel throughout the DFW area is required. General working hours are 8:30-6:00 Monday through Thursday and 8:30 to 12:30 on Friday, with 30-minute lunch breaks. Some additional evening, early morning and weekend work will be required with this position. Flexibility in hours will be determined in consultation with supervisor.
