Youth & Residential Services Division
Program Managers work on site at one of the group homes that we run for unaccompanied minors. These positions provide oversight of general program operations, manage staff, and provide services to our youth while working on the floor alongside our line staff. We are looking for people who are flexible and who would be excited about a high energy job working directly with adolescents from all over the world.

Our senior leaders each have 15+ years experience in residential services and play a large part in mentoring and developing staff. • 2 years supervisory experience and experience working with youth in a residential setting, including group homes or summer camps, or in an institutional setting, such as a hospital, is required
• Bachelors Degree in relevant field is preferred
• Proficiency in Spanish is required
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, is required
