Provide supervision for production and vocational training for adults with disabilities and assures quality production goals are met. Organize and set up production floor work stations to assure efficient running production; help individuals improve job skills and perform contract work; offer and track work opportunities to individuals, providing any adaptive techniques necessary; train and assist vocational supervisors on contract/subcontract work, discussing ay adaptation techniques developed and assisting with any issues that ay arise; work with HAB team to develop a person centered planning program for all individuals on team
Mandatory Job Qualifications
Able to push/pull/lift up to 50 pounds; able to walk, bend, twist, kneel and stoop
Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Must be 21 years of age or older and have a High School diploma or GED equivalent
Meet criteria of the reading (TABE) and math survey
Desired Qualifications
Experience in a vocational rehabilitation setting preferred
Experience in production work and quality assurance preferred
Experience working with people who have developmental disabilites or mental illness preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
