The IT Business Analyst (BA) at the Ounce of Prevention Fund will be responsible for driving technology implementation, change management, and training for multiple projects across the Ounce. This individual will report to the IT CRM Solutions Manager. The BA applies strong analytical/problem solving skills in working with stakeholders to determine what is needed to improve work flow, data sharing, and reporting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the design, configuration, implementation and integration of future technology-based solutions at the Ounce. This includes identifying with stakeholders the best solution to meet requirement given new technologies and capabilities. The BA will elicit, facilitate and document; functional, non-functional, and transitional requirements. This work is followed through to include execution that ensures proper implementation of efforts with ongoing monitoring so they remain consistent with overall goals.
The IT Business Analyst will report directly to the IT CRM Solutions Manager.
Major Responsibilities and Key Tasks:
Educational and Experience Requirements:
Bachelors in Science with concentration in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent. 3-5 years experience and skills managing technology projects. 2-3 years eliciting end user requirements, documenting business processes and requirements analysis. Demonstrated business case and vendor management skills in the aforementioned technology areas. Broad knowledge of technology solutions and packaged/cloud based applications.
