Erikson Institute is seeking to hire an energetic and organized individual to play a key role in an ongoing major collaboration between the Erikson Early Childhood Project and the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The administrative assistant is responsible for supporting the Early Childhood Project program director and staff. Primary responsibilities include: interfacing with other departments in the Institute, including Human Resources and Finance, communicating with project staff; managing data tracking, databases, and filing; assisting in the preparation of program reporting documents; coordinating program ordering; tracking and submitting reports regarding program expenses; coordinating staff travel and department events and retreats; and providing general office management.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
