Job Description:

We are seeking a full time Supervisor, Home Care Assistants Level II to work 37.5 hours per week for our nonprofit social services agency. Hours are from 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. The Supervisor, Home Care Assistants Level II will:

• Assign, supervise, counsel, direct, and evaluate the performance of assigned HCAs
• Increase private pay client census in assigned service area, including Tazewell County

Mandatory Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• HOST Supervisory training within 90 days of employment
• Demonstrated computer skills
• Prior supervisory / scheduling / census development experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, team, organizational, communication, and presentation skills
• Be able to work from 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday
