Job Description:
Part-time, 22.5 hours per week, including weekends and occasional overnights. Assist clients in a home setting with activities of daily living. Manage and supervise daily routines, accompany clients on community outings, assist with medication programs and assure a clean and safe living environment. Valid IL driver's license with access to a reliable, insured vehicle. High school diploma / GED required. EOE
