Job Description:

We are currently seeking a full time Counselor Case Manager to work 37.5 hours per week, with on-call on Saturdays and Sundays, for our nonprofit social services / human services agency. The Counselor Case Manager will:

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling for adolescent substance abusers, family members, and dually-diagnosed clients in a culturally sensitive manner. Full case management services will also be provided

Mandatory Job Qualifications

The qualified Counselor Case Manager must possess a Bachelor's degree in psychology or related human services field. The ideal Counselor Case Manager will also:

• Have professional certification or licensure (LSW, LPC, LCSW, LCPC, or CADC)
• Valid IL driver's license with access to a reliable and insured vehicle
• Must pass fingerprint and criminal background check
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Desired Qualifications
