Early Childhood Site Director

We are seeking a responsible, self-motivated individual to serve as Site Director over our early childhood program at our Greenview Family Resource Center, which serves toddlers and pre-schoolers. Candidates should have a strong commitment to quality and the experience and drive to help develop and bring out the best in teaching staff. In addition, candidates should have the ability to create meaningful and nurturing relationships with low-income groups. Individuals should have a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities, manage stress, and demonstrate a professional demeanor at all times. A strong aptitude with using computers and various databases is required. Individuals experienced with working with Head Start programs and Chicago Public Schools desired. Spanish-speaking ability is preferred.

Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development with supervision experience; Master’s preferred
