We are recruiting 2 Case Managers to be responsible for the delivery of Case Management

services for Homeless MISA Women.

The candidate shall provide case management services for homeless Women

providing resources and support regarding housing. 

Will also monitor Wrap around service during treatment and post discharge.

Mandatory Job Qualifications

1.         BS degree in Addictions, social work or psychology required.
2.         Minimum of 5 yrs expereince working with high risk families required.
3.         Able to work evenings with late hours possible.
4.         Experience with addictions, womens issues and MISA patients  a plus.
5.         Valid driver's lic to transport patients to appts.

Desired Qualifications

Good Typing skills
Able to work Sunday-Thurs 10am-6:30pm.
