·                    Provide home-based personal visits

·                    Facilitate psycho-ed groups and provide case management services

·                    Collaboration w/ relevant community/agency personnel, team members

·                    Meet productivity requirements and manage all agency expectations for case recording, statistical, and other routine forms, on a timely basis

·                    Attends & participates in all staff meetings

Mandatory Job Qualifications

·               BACHELOR'S Degree from an accredited school in area of early childhood development preferred; social work or psychology accepted

·                    Prior experience working with at risk children and adolescents

·                    Knowledge of early childhood development and preferred experience with early childhood education/intervention

·                    Strong ability to network and develop professional partnerships

·                    Cross-cultural sensitivity and bilingual Spanish skills required

·                    Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings

·                    Must have access to transportation or an insured vehicle with a valid Driver’s License
