Full-time opening, 37.5 hours per week, for a highly responsible individual to perform various tasks related to the production, delivery and service of daily meals to residents of a long-term care facility. Experience in commercial or institutional cooking required. Position involves customer service, part-time cooking, and display cooking for residents. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language. Food Service Sanitation Certificate preferred. Participate in in-service trainings. Responsible for the preparation and service of high quality meals following standardized recipes and in accordance with  HACCP food and physical safety policies and procedures as dictated by regulatory, licensing, accreditation and agency standards. High school graduate or equivalency.
