Grants Coordinator will work with the Director of Institutional Advancement to meet or exceed budgeted contributed revenues and help raise special project funds. Improve CHM’s grant writing, record keeping, acknowledgement, and reporting capabilities. Expand base of corporate, foundation and government support.
· Maintain corporate, foundation, governments grants databases and calendar
· Research new grant possibilities for CHM
· Establish contact with new and existing CHM funders
· Consult with CHM staff for proposal input
· Write and edit professional proposals according to funder guidelines
· Track and fulfill all funder reporting requirements including budget oversight for special projects
· Lead donor acknowledgement, communications, and gift efforts
Help plan and execute donor events
