| Coordinates administrative service to 63 districts and their clubs in the Northern Pan America region. Provides support and guidance to club and district leadership in the four elements of an effective club, administrative issues, policy compliance and RI meetings. | |

| Strong administrative and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal skills. Well-developed computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications. Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently. High attention to detail, commitment to accuracy and strong organization skills. Ability to deliver professional presentations to Rotary leaders. Ability to travel to Rotary events as assigned. |

| Specific Duties | |
| Provide information and guidance to Rotarians on administrative and policy issues including, but not limited to, • updates to RI constitutional documents; • Board decisions and general Rotary information; • RI expense reporting policies and procedures; and • club and district information retained in the RI database • effective use of RI's online administration tool Prepare and provide CDS presentations and other support at Rotary training events, including the annual RI International Assembly, the Governors-elect Training Seminar, and Presidents-elect Training Seminar, and, upon return, make recommendations for improvement. Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge of RI and The Rotary Foundation resources including, but not limited to, publications, staff, RI website, RI Constitutional documents and the Rotary Code of Policies. Process administrative forms submitted by Rotarians, including, but not limited to, new club applications, club name changes, club or district incorporations and expense reports, to ensure consistency with Board policy and organizational practice. Provide analyses of club and district information, including, but not limited to, review of monthly newsletters to identify successful projects, or challenges within a district, to share with other staff, as appropriate. Maintain and update section files with data and information submitted by Rotarian volunteers including, but not limited to, newsletters, governor nominee data forms, and expense reports. Plans and arranges group meetings and tours at the request of clubs or districts. Participate in division workgroups designed to improve staff development and communication, training, and service to Rotarians. Provide staff liaison support to committees and RI meetings as assigned. Handle routine correspondence, phone calls, e-mail, faxes, and special mailings. Perform other duties or special projects as assigned. |
