Are you a good writer with a penchant for telling a story? Active Transportation Alliance seeks a strong writer for a part-time development internship. The development intern will write persuasive proposals, work directly with program staff to improve existing proposals, and will pursue foundation and corporate funding leads under the direction of the Director of Policy and Development. The right candidate is a strong communicator who wishes to strengthen their writing portfolio or is interested in a career in the nonprofit sector. The internship opportunity is for 4 months, for 15-20 hours/week, at Active Trans’ downtown offices. The opportunity is unpaid. Please submit cover letter and resume to arlineactivetrans.org.
