Mandatory Job Qualifications	You must be bi-lingual (English/Spanish) with proficiency in both speaking and writing Spanish. You must have a BA/BS in social work or closely related human services field. You must be able to pass a required Illinois Department of Children and Family Services background check.
Desired Qualifications	Child Welfare experience and Illinois Child Welfare license is preferred, but minimally, you must be eligible for a Child Welfare License. To ensure success in this position, you should be a good communicator with solid organizational skills, and have the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
