CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER & EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

As the world's premier center for space science, The Adler will inspire the next generation of explorers, improve science literacy, encourage space advocacy and conduct original research.

Working closely with the President and senior leadership team, the Chief Operating Officer is responsible for ensuring that The Adler utilizes its resources efficiently and effectively toward the fulfillment of its mission by providing leadership in four major areas: financial management, administration, operations and human resources.

We seek a proven leader whose record of accomplishments in a complex environment demonstrates a clear ability to balance the mission with the goals of strategic growth and financial sustainability. S/he must have executive experience over financial management and human resources. A bachelor's degree is required; a graduate degree in business and CPA are preferred.
