Director of Facility Management
Chicago and Near North Suburbs
Senior Health Care organization with multiple locations throughout the Chicago area, including Skilled Care; Assisted Living; and Independent Living, needs a creative thinking individual to manage all aspects of all building maintenance.
The position, which will report to the Administrator, will be responsible for all activities related to maintenance and repair of all buildings and equipment, all aspects of the capital program of the organization and will supervise all staff involved in these activities.
The right candidate will be a self starter, have demonstrated leadership and management skills, and have at least 10-15 years of related experience. Budget development, commitment to quality assurance, customer service and an ability to translate priorities into field decisions are key. The individual selected will be an integral part of the organization's leadership team.
