Location: Irving Park
Description: Under the direction of the Program Manager the MST Therapist provides services in the family’s natural environment such as the home, school, and community. Therapists provide a variety of services including assessment, treatment, clinical interventions, and collaboration with families, youth, community agency staff, and school officials. Other responsibilities include outcome reviews and maintaining concise documentation to treatment, compatible with the MST principles and practices. Multisystemic Therapists work in Chicago and the Northwest Suburbs. Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is a well- researched community-based treatment model directed at youth involved in criminal activity and their families. Mandatory Job Qualifications
Qualifications: Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited university required. Bachelor’s degree and significant clinical experience treating serious antisocial behavior in youth may also be considered at the discretion of the agency. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required, non-bilingual applicants will not be considered. Must have ability to work with diverse group of people and be a licensed driver with access to an insured vehicle.
Typical Schedule: Full time, on call 24/7, flexible hours.
Salary Range: $30,000 to $34,000
