This position will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources Department. 2. Develops and maintains affirmative action program; files EEO-1 report annually; maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations. 3. Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, interns, and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations; writes and places advertisements. 4. Handles employee relations counseling and exit interviewing. 5. Participates in staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars. 7. Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database. 8. Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment. |
