Description of Duties:
The Quality Help Desk Technician performs trouble shooting for clinical software, trains and enforces clinical documentation standards.
The Quality Help Desk Technician also provides training and support to end users via telephone or on site.

Mandatory Job Qualifications	Qualifications and Experience Required: The Quality Help Desk Technician responds to user requests for information and assist in problem solutions regarding the electronic medical record software and related clinical and quality issues. As part of the Quality Department, assists with data clean-up of medical records system entry errors and with trainings related to medical records system. The Help Desk Technician logs Help Desk calls and requests for information into tracking software to maintain historical documentation of the call and outcome. At least two years of prior direct clinical service experience is required, must be good with computers. Excellent verbal skills. Ability to interact and speak effectively in interpersonal situations and before groups of people. Requirements, Responsibilities and/or Duties Unique to the Position: Must be good with computers and have clinical skills. Responsibilities include sitting at desk most of day. Ability to function in a computer oriented office, including working knowledge of pertinent software (ie: medical records system and MS Office). Experience with relational databases (ie: MS Access) preferred. Must have excellent problem solving, planning, organizing and team-building skills. Must have bachelor’s degree, or have a Practical Nurses License, and/or experience working with a person diagnosed with mental illness.
