Recruiter – Human Resources
Under the direction of the Employment Manager, the Recruiter is responsible for planning, coordination and administration of employment at Access Community Health Network.
· Provide recruitment services by working in conjunction with hiring manager to assist in identification of internal and external talent.
· Establish effective relationships with referral sources (schools, professional organizations and other outside agencies) to recruit new applicants; attend career days and job fairs to enhance recruitment efforts.
· Manage all search activities including identification of referral sources and utilizing appropriate sources to market open positions and recruit new applicants
· Source, screen, interview and refer applicants to vacant positions
· Ensure adherence to all federal, state and local regulations governing the employment process
· Work in accordance with established Access Community Health Network policies and procedures and union contracts.
· Provide input to hiring managers regarding candidates and prepare salary offers to candidate.
· Extend offers of employment on behalf of Access Community Health Network. Coordinate pre-employment process and schedule General Orientation.
· Create, prepare and maintain required documentation, statistical data and reports.
· Assist with the development and implementation of policies, procedures, forms and strategies that enhance the operations and effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
· Facilitate outside search activities when agencies are utilized.
· Receive transfer request and facilitate transfer process for all internal candidates.
· Create advertising and employment branding for the organization
