Manager of Compensation & Benefits
 
Provide leadership in the analysis, design, management and administration of payroll system and all health, welfare and compensation programs.

Mandatory Job Qualifications
Qualifications Include:
·         Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience
·         5 years experience in managing compensation and benefits program
·         2 years experience in managing payroll
·         Experience with HRIS, automated databases, and automated time tracking systems
·       Ability to analyze information and make recommendations based on that analysis
·       Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to work with multiple audiences to explain policies and programs
·       Strong project management and problem solving skills
·       Ability to understand the interplay between various programs e.g. FMLA and workers compensation
·       Ability to work effectively with other departments to plan projects and share work products
·       Ability to effectively supervise staff
·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications especially Word and Excel, and Meditech
