Access Community Health Network is the nation’s largest network of community health centers. The mission of Access Community Health Network is to provide high quality, community-based health care to all who need it, regardless of ability to pay. This mission is carried out daily through caring services, committed staff and strong connections to the communities served. With 56 health centers in the Chicagoland area, ACCESS serves over 200,000 low-income, medically underserved individuals annually, bringing them comprehensive health services at an affordable cost. 

 

 

The purpose of this position is to identify, in coordination with all members of the Planning and Development team, government funding opportunities that are consistent with current strategic, financial and systematic plans, create a program in conjunction with internal and external partners, write grant applications and budgets, and – upon award – orient partners to grant deliverables.
