  The Women’s Treatment Center provides chemically dependent women with a continuum of care, recovery tools,

and parenting skills to maintain a sober lifestyleas they rebuild their lives and futures

 and mend the bonds with their families.  We are one of the few substance abuse programs

 in the nation that can accommodate children in residential treatment, making usparticularly responsive to the
 
needs of chemically dependent mothers.

We are recruiting a Nurse Coorninator to be a working supervisor

 and be responsible for the supervision of nursing staff on a detox unit.

This person will also be responsible for: 
 

Assisting in recruitment and development of nursing staff
  • Provide support and direct care occasionally based on need
  • Planning, directing, coordinating and evaluating nursing care services
  • Fiscal and material management
  • May provide occasional direct care services

Mandatory Job Qualifications


  • Illinois RN license
  • BSN preferred.
  • Five years of experience as an RN, and at least 1 year as a charge nurse level for medical detox program preferred.
  • Experience with substance abuse treatment and methadone preferred; experience with OB/Gyn and children a plus

Desired Qualifications

The ability to work weekday hours Mon-Fri 8:30-5.
