The Learning Center Instructor is responsible for:
1)Developing, planning, implementing, and evaluating a broad range of educational programs, services and activities for youth ages 7-18 years of age; 2)Providing daily educational curriculums, programs, activities and services to assist members with academic needs and interests; 3)Initiating activities designed to encourage educational participation away from school environment; 4)Establishing relationships with members, parents and school officials to assist with monitoring member`s academic progress.
1. Paraprofessional Certificate or Teachers License required.
2. A minimum of two years of experience in the operation of a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization.
3. Demonstrated ability to effectively assist in budget management and expense control
4. Ability to obtain certification in CPR and First Aid.
5. Possession of a valid state driver license.
